Refund Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with any purchase you make from our store. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund of the item's purchase price minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.  All merchandise must be returned with tags, labels and receipts intact, and in original condition.

Prior to sending an order back for refund or exchange, email break4sports@gmail.com to request a return authorization number (RA#). We can only accept returned packages that have an RA# written clearly on the outside of the package.  If a shipped item is returned to Break4Sports.com without a RA number, then a return will NOT be accepted. 

 

All Break4Sports.com shipped items must be returned within 14 calendar days from arrival date. 

Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Break4Sports.com will refund the item's purchase price minus the shipping, handling, or other charges to the account originally charged.  The refund will be made within 10 business days from receipt of the return.

 

Shipping Costs on Returns

On any non-damaged or defective items, the shipping and handling costs to return the item is the sole responsibility of the customer.  

 

Shipping Costs on Refused Deliveries

Any item that is refused at delivery will be charged the return shipping costs that is billed by UPS or USPS.

 

Processing Refund

As soon as your refund has been processed Break4Sports.com will immediately send you an email notification regarding your credit. Please allow 10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). We will do our best to quickly process your refund request.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email Break4Sports@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please supply the your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need a picture of the damaged item, your e-mail address and phone number. 

 

Break4Sports.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If there is extensive damage to the carton, email us immediately at Break4Sports@gmail.com. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
